Shipping


All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA with UPS Ground Shipping unless otherwise noted or chosen. Depending on your chosen shipping method and distance, orders can take from 2-8 business days in transit. 

If you select a faster shipping method, please account for processing time due to warehouse precaution during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Once your package is delivered by the carrier, Oddjob Hats is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers pay for shipping via DHL Express OR FedEx International, and cost is calculated at checkout. The price of our hat does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.

We ship to all 50 US states.

Covid-19 Update: Delivery services are currently experiencing delays, please allow extra time for packages to arrive.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted for items in new & unused condition (including tags) within 30 days of purchase.

You can initiate a return through our online return portal.

PLEASE NOTE: return labels are for domestic clients only. International clients are responsible for return postage. 

Items with custom embroidering will have a $15 restocking fee.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect and confirm your refund within one week. Occasionally, it takes a few additional days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Your refund will be credited towards the method of payment used for the returned order (credit card, paypal, etc.)
