Hat Sizing and Fit

We make hats in multiple (big) sizes. Check out our size guide for help.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states and internationally on a case by case basis. 

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA with USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted or chosen. Orders placed after 2p PST will go out next business day. 

Depending on your chosen shipping method and distance, orders can take from 2-8 business days in transit. 

[UPDATE] NOTE FROM USPS: Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide COVID-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Priority Mail Express service will not change.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted for items in new & unused condition (including tags) within 30 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: return labels are for domestic clients only. International clients are responsible for return postage. 

Items with custom embroidering will have a $15 restocking fee.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect and confirm your refund within one week. Occasionally, it takes a few additional days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Your refund will be credited towards the method of payment used for the returned order (credit card, paypal, etc.)
