STEP 1: Purchase embroidery Service
When adding a hat to your shopping cart, select the embroidery service and head to checkout.
After checkout, you'll receive an email where you can submit your design.
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN
Submit your design using the link found your email.
You will specify the embroidery for the front, sides, or back of your hat, up to a 2.5" height. We accept up to four colors per design, and will be matched with closest available thread colors.
FYI: Simple designs look best! Avoid tiny font or small details to ensure that your stitching is crisp and legible.
STEP 3: WE TAKE IT FROM THERE
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- We will hold your shipment until we receive your finalized designs.
- Embroidery orders will ship within approximately 5 business days from our warehouse.
- Embroidered hats cannot be returned for a full refund, but we guarantee our embroidery quality and will re-make any hats with mistakes.
