Awesome hats! Went to adjust the strap looser when I first got it, as per usual, only to realize I had to tighten it. First time ever! For reference I generally wear a 7 3/4~7 7/8 fitted hat. Will definitely buy more!

I have posted once already, but I personalized my hat with a new patch. Very easy to switch out the original for a new patch. I didn’t think I could love it more than I did. Now I am looking at the camo camp hat. Fits great and I wear an 8 1/4-8 1/2

The hat is superb quality and looks great - if slightly too large but definitely still wearable (I guess my head isn't quite as large as I thought). What amazed me most however, was OddJob's customer service. I was originally sent the wrong hat, but not only did they quickly dispatch the correct one on express delivery, they also threw in another complimentary cap and apologised profusely. This is the best customer service experience I have ever had and the crew at OddJob are a credit to the company. I've already been spreading the good word to my other large-headed friends and will certainly be returning for some other headwear in the future.

This is a great hat! I’ve had it for less than a week and love it already. The fit is great and gives the illusion of a One Size Fits Most hats have for those with smaller heads. The only drawback is that the bill stays flat instead of curving the way I like. Other than that, it’s perfect!

I was interested in these hats because I could never find one that fit my head right. These hats fit perfect, look good, and are very comfortable. I really liked the camp hat but it looked small in people's pictures and I was a little skeptical. I bought a structured snapback and a camp hat to try (they're not small.) Although I like the snapback, I ended up ordering 2 more camp hats and they're all I wear now. I can honestly say they're the best hats I've ever owned.
