This is my third hat ordered from Oddjob. It's easily the best fit of the three.
The wool one had way too much bug fabric and looks a little goofy. The cotton camp had is mostly great but the shape/pattern seems like it could be improved.
The fit and shape of this one is excellent. It's very light weight, comfortable... great for casual wear or active pursuits.
Would love it if you offered the same lightweight hat in natural fabrics and other colours... hemp or cotton/hemp would be my top choice.

Love the Big Camp hat! I don’t think to this point in my I’ve ever had a hat that actually fits. Quality of materials is excellent and overall it’s a very well made hat. I would love to see a camp hat with the Big Running Cap headband though! The band in this one is (I’m assuming based on texture) cotton, I prefer a synthetic headband personally, but it has not prevented me from wearing this hat. I love that I can fold it up and tuck it in my pocket, pack, or jacket easily. Lastly I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to OddJob customer service. I had a delivery issue that was in no way the teams fault and they went above and beyond to secure me as a customer. I will definitely be buying more hats, and am already breaking in number 2, the Oddjob Runner!

This hat and all the other I got are phenomenal. I literally have never been able to wear hats before because my head is just large enough that I can’t wear snap backs except on the second dot or the first dot, which means it just pops off unfortunately. I LOVE ALL OF THESE HATS!! they’re great and they fit like an absolute glove. I have the snapbacks that I got on the tightest settings possible because OddJobs made them so large, but they fit so, so well. If you can’t wear hats, you would not be disappointed at all with a purchase from OddJob Hat Company in Santa Monica, CA. Shipping didn’t take terribly long, either.

I bought an XL and XXL just in case and both fit great. The XL was more snug obviously but the dimensions on the XXL are nice for that extra roomy fit without making it look too big or oversized.

Odd Job hats are fantastic and are incredibly comfortable. I got mine just in time for a trip to a national park and it quickly became my favorite hat. I'm bald and appreciate the fabric that is used because it doesn't irritate my skin while sweating. It wicks moisture quickly and the size of the bill is just right. The quality of construction is top notch too. I see this hat lasting a while and plan on buying a wool one for wisconsin winters. CHEERS!

This hat felt slightly smaller than the other hats. I really like the blue sport camp hat and based the quality of the sport line of five panel caps with that one. This hat material is also on the thinner and flimsier side. I usually use this hat if I’ve over used the blue sport five panel hat often.

The material being used in the hat is really flimsy, especially in the bill area.
I would say, I had a lot of excitement around this hat arriving, but having it on my head now, it feels like a regular and flimsy hat with a rather large sticker price.
I may try again in the future with a different style of a hat, but one thing I should mention is that shipping was not free, and it took a very long time to get here. In fact it got delayed.

The sport camp hat is incredibly light and breathable which is great for battling the Florida heat!
However, I give a 4 instead of a 5 because I've noticed it can tend to heat up more so than the cotton camp hats, and since I shave my head, I feel the sun a bit more than I would like, if you have hair I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue. The patch that the hat arrived with was also a little different than advertised, albeit still a square shape and a minor issue.
All that being said, I'm in love with these hats and it's amazing having something that doesn't look awkwardly small and fills my head out to complete my outfits!

The first camper style hat that has ever fit my head. Super comfy all day. It's really light weight and crushable, but the material seems like it doesn't breathe super well. It may be nice to have a little more of a breathable running style material. Overall really great to finally have a company care about my melon.

I use snap backs on the last button, so I’m right in that demographic of big heads lol. I could never fit into any panel camp hat, so this was an amazing find. It’s really light and it’s that nice storm color, it matches my storm color windbreakers. I can wear this all day at work, and not get those pressure headaches from other hats. Perfect for my big head! I've always struggled finding hats that fit my head just right. I've never been able to pick up just any hat and expect it to fit correctly. I have two hats I bought over 15 years ago that are my go-to hats because they always fit me decently, but they desperately needed to be replaced. This hat fits just like you would hope (if you have a big head). I can actually wear it all day without it giving me a headache. It also has a minimal design but isn't blank like a lot of others. Would recommend and I might actually grab another in a different color!

No camp hats fit people with large heads, they are all too shallow. This has allowed me to wear the style of hat that I want. I sent the link to all my former teammates who had XXL helmets with me that I know have the same problem. Very excited to buy another.

The bill is too stiff. Any ideas about how to put some curve in it? The hat doesn’t fit well until I put a curve in it, but it seems to flatten out after an hour.

I have a 62cm head. Finding hats are tricky. Once I found this site, I took a shot in the desk and ordered two hats - like I always do and they came perfect. Made a minor adjustment and rolled out. These hats are super lightweight, perfect for my hobbies (cycling), and a perfect PERFECT fit. I'm definitely going to order more when fall and winter come. 10/10.
