XL fits 80% of our customer's heads. These hats are big at (7 ⅜ - 8 ⅝)
XXL fits the remaining 20%. These are super big hats at (8 - 9 ¼)

Ordered the XXL do to sizing is never right. I have a size 8 fitted head size. Son of a buck fits a little loose. That’s ok with me for the fact that after a little sweating it should be just perfect. First time owning any hat that fits little loose. Light weight and comfy.

Hat feels a bit stiff. Perhaps it’ll break in so I’m not too worried about that. The problem is the color is completely different than what is shown. I got olive green which is more on the brown/tan side, but when it arrived it was just a dark green. Be aware.
